Taxation of Executive Compensation: Planning and Practice

Harvey L. Frutkin graduated from Ohio University (AB 1967) and the University of Michigan School of Law (JD 1971, magna cum laude). From 1972 through April of 2009, he was a member of the Cleveland, Ohio law firm of Cavitch, Familo, Durkin & Frutkin, specializing in corporate and business planning, taxation, and estate planning. Harvey's positions in the firm included participation on the Board of Directors, and as President of the firm from 1992 until 2006. He was admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 2000.
