Zolman Cavitch is a retired partner of the Cavitch, Familo & Durkin law firm, based in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Cavitch has over forty years of legal experience as a practicing attorney and has authored and co-authored several Matthew Bender publications. For many years he served as a member of the faculty at Case Western Reserve University Law School. Mr. Cavitch received his A.B. degree in 1948 and his J.D. degree in 1950 from the University of Michigan.

Matthew P. Cavitch of Memphis, Tennessee has over 25 years of legal experience and practices in the areas of tax, corporate and business law. Mr. Cavitch received his B.A. degree and his J.D. degree from Harvard University.

Kara M. Kraman is an attorney in Morrison & Foerster, LLP's State and Local Taxation Group in New York City. She has several years practice experience in the areas of taxation, corporate law, trusts and estates and aviation law. Ms. Kraman received her B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University, her J.D. from William and Mary Law School, and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
