Sanctions: The Federal Law of Litigation Abuse

Gregory P. Joseph is a past President of the American College of Trial Lawyers (2010-11), Chair of the 60,000-member Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association (1997-98), President of the Supreme Court Historical Society (2011-17), and member of the Advisory Committee on the Federal Rules of Evidence (1993-99). He is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Supreme Court Historical Society and author and editor of several volumes on evidence, procedure, trial practice and Civil RICO. He has lectured for the Federal Judicial Center and the National Judicial College; has addressed the Judicial Conferences of several Circuits, and at more than 200 professional conferences. Mr. Joseph is a member of the Council of the American Law Institute.
