Premises Liability Law and Practice

The late Norman J. Landau received his LL.B. and J.D. from St. John's University, and his B.A. from Brooklyn College. Mr. Landau was a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, International Academy of Trial Lawyers, International Society of Barristers. He was a frequent lecturer and the co-author of the Environmental Law Handbook.

Edward C. Martin is currently Professor of Law at the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where he teaches torts, damages, and products liability. Mr. Martin received his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee in 1970, and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1975. Mr. Martin began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph W. Henry, Associate Justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court, and subsequently was an associate with the firm of Henry & McCord of Tullahoma, Tennessee. Prior to accepting his present position, Mr. Martin was an Associate Professor of Law at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
