Michael J. Sikora III

Michael J. Sikora III is Managing Partner of Sikora Law LLC and the President of Omni Title LLC. Mike is the current Chair of the Ohio State Bar Association Real Property Section Council, with a term spanning 2021-2023. He is the President-Elect of NAIOP Ohio, and he is slated to serve as President of that organization from 2023-2025. He is a past President of the Ohio Land Title Association, former Chair of the Ohio Land Title Association Education Committee (4 years), former Chair of the Education Committee of NAIOP Northern Ohio (7 years), current Chair of the Government Affairs Committee of NAIOP Northern Ohio, and past President of NAIOP Northern Ohio (which won NAIOP Chapter of the Year for that year). He currently serves on the Ohio Secretary of State’s Notary Advisory Board, and has since that Board was established. He was chosen as an Ohio Super Lawyer or Super Lawyer Rising Star ten times, most recently in 2022. Mike was also named one of Crain's Cleveland Business Forty Under Forty Award Recipients in 2011. He has won 25 Ohio appellate cases that have made Ohio real property common law on a wide range of subjects, he has drafted or been involved in drafting five bills that have passed and become Ohio real property statutory law, and he has been involved in drafting or providing feedback on six sets of rules or regulations that have become Ohio real property administrative law. He has testified before the Ohio General Assembly as an expert for the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Land Title Association, or NAIOP a total of six times on bills involving Ohio real property law, and he regularly advocates for improvements to multiple facets of Ohio real property law.
