Trisha Zeller currently works for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS), litigating Termination of Parental Rights cases. Previously, Ms. Zeller worked as a prosecutor for the Jefferson County Attorney's Office in Louisville, Kentucky.
Ms. Zeller has been actively involved with legal text writing, updating, and editing throughout her career. Her publications include Virginia Creditors' Rights (Butterworth 1991); Georgia Creditors' Rights (D&S/Butterworth 1989); and Florida Creditors' Rights (Revere Legal Publishers 1993). In recent years, Ms. Zeller has been involved with writing and updating publications that include Alabama Civil Procedure Forms (LexisNexis/Matthew Bender); Appleman / Holmes Insurance (Lexis Publishing); Ohio Probate (Lawyers Cooperative Publishing/LexisNexis); Handbook on West Virginia Criminal Procedure (Michie/LexisNexis/Matthew Bender); Sixth Circuit Criminal Handbook (LexisNexis/Matthew Bender); Kentucky Criminal Law (LexisNexis/Matthew Bender); and Florida Criminal Defense Trial Manual (LexisNexis/Matthew Bender).
