North Carolina Prima Facie Tort Manual

Robert "Hoppy" Elliot, the chief editor of the North Carolina Prima Facie Tort Manual, (Fourth, Third and Second Editions) , received his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1973 and his J.D., cum laude, in 1977 from Wake Forest University School of Law. He has been in private practice in North Carolina since 1979 and is a member of the law firm of Elliot Pishko Morgan, P.A. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America--Employment Law (1994-present); Chambers USA, America's Leading Business Lawyers (2003-2004); Business North Carolina's Legal Elite; and North Carolina Super Lawyers; and has served as Chair of the Civil Rights and Employment Law Sections of the NC Advocates for Justice. Hoppy Elliot has been a speaker at many NCAJ seminars. His areas of practice are employment, personal injury, and civil rights law.
