Professor Charles E. Daye is a member of the North Carolina Bar, has been an officer of the North Carolina Association of Black Lawyers since 1976, and is a prolific writer and speaker. He is a graduate of North Carolina Central University and Columbia University School of Law. He began teaching at the University of North Carolina School of Law and was a Dean and Professor of Law at North Carolina Central University. He is currently a Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina School of Law, Chapel Hill.
Mark W. Morris is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and received his J.D. summa cum laude, from the North Carolina Central University School of Law. He is a member of the North Carolina and Florida Bars, and he received his LL.M.. from Harvard University Law School. Professor Morris is currently Professor and Assistant Dean, North Carolina Central University School of Law at Durham.
