North Carolina Civil Procedure

G. Gray Wilson is a shareholder at Baker Donelson in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mr. Wilson practices with the litigation group as a trial lawyer with decades of experience in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including professional liability disputes in the healthcare industry. He has tried approximately 300 cases over the course of his career. He has served for many years in top leadership positions at both the North Carolina Bar Association, and more recently, at the North Carolina State Bar, where he served as President from 2018 to 2019. North Carolina Lawyers Weekly has selected him for a 2020 Leadership in the Law Award, which recognizes attorneys from across North Carolina who have achieved success in their law practice, made contributions to society, and had an impact on the legal profession. Mr. Wilson also received the 2019 J. Robert Elster Award for Professional Excellence from the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys. Mr. Wilson is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and the American Board of Trial Advocates (1999-present). He is a former Wake Forest University School of Law Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy.
