Kyle C. Bisceglie is a partner with Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP in New York City and represents domestic and foreign corporations, partnerships and individuals in complex commercial and financial litigation, arbitration and counseling. Mr. Bisceglie has been lead counsel in many high stakes commercial cases involving shareholder and investor disputes, breaches of major and complex contracts, trading disputes, securities litigation, contests over famous and valuable intellectual property and high-profile media disputes. He has tried and arbitrated more than twenty cases to courts, JAMS, AAA and FINRA. Mr. Bisceglie's representations include many well-known foreign and domestic companies in varied industries. He has authored three books, approximately twelve articles and regularly speaks on topics related to commercial litigation. He graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1992 and cum laude from Kalamazoo College in 1989.

Herbert C. Ross retired in 2013 a partner with Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP in New York. During the more than thirty-five years that he was engaged in the practice of law, he litigated many significant cases involving intellectual property law, commercial law, and business law. He argued appeals in those same areas of law before the New York Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court. He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1976 and his A.B. from Harvard University in 1972.

Thomas J. Fleming is a partner with Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP. Mr. Fleming is a trial attorney with extensive experience in corporate and securities matters. He specializes in issues relating to contests for corporate control for both public and private companies. Mr. Fleming has served as lead counsel in over 40 trials, including jury trials in state and federal court, arbitrations before the AAA and FINRA, and administrative trials adverse to the SEC and FINRA. Mr. Fleming has also argued numerous times before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments. Mr. Fleming is regularly called upon to serve as an arbitrator in securities matters before the American Arbitration Association. He graduated from New York University School of Law cum laude in 1978 and Brandeis University summa cum laude in 1975, where he was designated a Louis Dembitz Brandeis Scholar
