Montana Reports Bound Volume: Official Reporter for the Montana Supreme Court

Official reports of cases argued in and decided by the Supreme Court of the State of Montana. Each volume offers full-text opinions and includes headnotes for each case. Each case includes Montana Reports cite, public domain cite and the Pacific Reporter cite. Volumes are published approximately every one to two months and back issues are available.

Montana Reports are the complete and final official version of the Montana Supreme Court's decisions and are published in bound volumes.
