James D. Olson is a partner in the Minneapolis firm of Best & Flanagan where he specializes in real estate law. He is a frequent lecturer on real estate topics at continuing legal education seminars; a lecturer at the University of Minnesota, extension division; and an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law, teaching real property law. Mr. Olson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
