Lee S. Goldsmith, M.D., LL.B., is a partner with Goldsmith & Richman. He specializes in the area of medical malpractice. Goldsmith is the editor-in-chief of Matthew Bender's seven-volume treatise, Medical Malpractice: Guide to Medical Issues. He is a former president of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America--New Jersey and former chairman of the American Board of Legal Medicine. Goldsmith graduated from the New York University School of Law and the New York University School of Medicine. He has written and lectured extensively.
