Maryland Domestic Relations Forms

Ann McKenrick Turnbull, author and lecturer, is a graduate of Goucher College and of the University of Maryland School of Law. She has served on the Executive Council of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Family Law Committee of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Bureau, Inc., and the Review Board of the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland. Ms. Turnbull, formerly a partner in the Baltimore law firm of Frank, Bernstein, Conaway and Goldman is presently a partner in Turnbull, Wase & Lyons.

Joseph Jay Wase has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Howard County Bar Association, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association. He has practiced law since 1963, was an Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore City from 1971 until 1975, and is presently a partner in the Baltimore law firm of Turnbull, Wase & Lyons.
