Jury Instructions on Damages in Tort Actions

Ronald W. Eades joined the faculty at the University of Louisville, School of Law in 1977. He received his B.S. from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and his J.D. from the School of Law, Memphis State University. In addition, he received an LL.M. from the Harvard Law School. Prior to teaching, Professor Eades was a staff attorney for the Tennessee Valley Authority in Knoxville, Tennessee. He has succeeded the late Graham Douthwaite as author of LexisNexis Jury Instruction set, including Jury Instructions on Damages in Tort Actions, Jury Instructions in Automobile Negligence Actions, Jury Instructions on Medical Issues, Jury Instructions in Real Estate Litigation, Jury Instructions for Personal Injury and Tort Cases, and Jury Instructions in Commercial Litigation.
