Illinois Criminal Law: A Survey of Crimes and Defenses

John F. Decker is Emeritus Professor of Law at DePaul University College of Law. He is the author of numerous books and articles on criminal law, criminal procedure, and evidence and is a frequent lecturer at various bar association and CLE seminars. He earned a J.S.D. and LL.M. from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from Creighton University Law School, and his B.A. from the University of Iowa.
