Florida Condominium Law Manual

Mr. MacGregor is the author of the Florida Condominium Law Manual and has been an update author for Appleman on Insurance for over 20 years. He wrote the chapter on flood insurance for the Appleman treatise as well as several articles on the topic including, Rising Waters, Rising Premiums: The National Flood Insurance Program Dog Paddles its Way to Solvency and The Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act: A Retreat from Biggert-Waters that Leaves the Paradox of the National Flood Insurance Program Untouched. Mr. MacGregor has written over 20 treatises, most recently, A Legal Guide to Recovering for Flood Losses published by the ABA in 2023 and Insurance Law for Common Interest Communities, co-authored with Francine Semaya and Kelly Prichett and also published by the ABA in 2023.
