Christopher Cook

Christopher Cook is a partner of the Brussels office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. His practice focuses on international antitrust law, and he has extensive experience representing both transacting and opposing parties in mergers and joint ventures before the Commission and U.S. antitrust agencies. He has also worked on a wide variety of non-transactional antitrust matters in Europe and the United States involving alleged abusive conduct and cartel behaviour. He received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 1997, a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from the Université d'Ottawa in 1994, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honours Philosophy from the University of Alberta in 1991. He is also a member of the Order of the Coif.
