Caroline Harrison is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor and Employment Law. She is a founding partner of the law firm of Dowell Pham Harrison, LLP in Fort Worth, Texas, which specializes in Labor and Employment law.

Ms. Harrison’s legal experience includes advising clients on matters involving the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, USERRA, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Non-Competes and Theft of Trade Secrets Act claims, as well as various other state and federal employment laws. Ms. Harrison represents her clients in various administrative proceedings including those before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Texas Workforce Commission, the Fort Worth Human Relations Commission, and the United States Department of Labor. Ms. Harrison regularly counsels clients in the drafting and development of employment agreements, employment practices and policies, agreements including confidentiality and non-compete covenants, severance agreements, and related materials.

Ms. Harrison is a member of the Fort Worth Human Resources Management Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association; the Tarrant County Women Attorney Section, and the Tarrant County Employment Law. Ms. Harrison is a Fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation and the Tarrant County Bar Foundation.

Ms. Harrison has been selected by her peers as a Texas Super Lawyers each year since 2015. Ms. Harrison received her Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was an editor for the Texas Wesleyan Law Review. Ms. Harrison received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington where she studied Political Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
