Sam Panarella is an associate law professor and the director of the Max S. Baucus Institute at the University of Montana, as well as the CEO of Crux Consulting, a strategic consultancy for large in-house corporate legal departments. Sam practiced law for a decade with Stoel Rives LLP, a leading western law firm based in Portland, Oregon. Sam brings his legal training, business acumen, strong business process focus, and technical aptitude to bear in work as a law professor and consultant.

Prashant Dubey is President & CEO of The Sumati Group, an IT Enabled Services firm specializing in Contract Risk Management. Over 200 lawyers and technologists at Sumati serve the Office of General Counsel in reducing risk and cost in contracting. Prashant is also on the board of Oregon Health & Science University and has held executive positions at a number of companies including Baxter Healthcare, Tripwire, Fios and ABC Technologies. He is co-author of The Generalist Counsel: How Leading General Counsel are Shaping Tomorrow's Companies. Prashant holds a BA Economics and MBA Finance from the University of Chicago.
