Jacob W. Reby is a member of Lewis, Rice & Fingersh L.C. in St. Louis. He received his L.L.M. in Corporation Law from New York University in 1971. He received his law degree from St. Louis University in 1970, where he was a member of the St. Louis University Law Journal. He received his B.S.B.A, Accounting from Washington University in 1968. Mr. Reby was a contributing editor of Modern Banking Forms (Warren, Gorham & Lamont). He has served on the Committee Council of Corporation Law and Business Organization Committee of the Missouri Bar Association. He is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and a Fellow, Regent and Missouri State Chair of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
