Arthur Ian Miltz practices law in Livingston, New Jersey. Mr. Miltz also practices law in New York. As a leading trial lawyer, he is a frequent lecturer in the United States and Canada. A graduate of Long Island University and The Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Miltz has been a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and is very active in numerous local, state and national bar associations. Among the many committee positions he has held are: Member of the Board of Governors of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey Branch; Co-Chairman of the Constitutional Law Committee of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey Branch; Co-Chairman of the Legal-Medical Committee of the Essex County (New Jersey) Bar Association; Chairman of the Amicus Curiae Committee of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey Branch; Chairman of the Subcommittee on Medical Malpractice of the American Bar Association's Medicine and Law Committee; and Chairman of the Special Subcommittee to Study Reform of Health Insurance of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York's Committee on Insurance Law. Mr. Miltz has served as counsel to The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and to its New Jersey Branch, as Amicus Curiae in appeals before both the United States Supreme Court and the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is a designated Medical Malpractice Subpanel member in New Jersey and a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Miltz is the Editor of Making the Medical Malpractice Panel Work, Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey Branch, 1979, and of Medical Malpractice Panels-An Update, Essex County (N.J.) Bar Association, 1981. He is a Founder and Evidence Editor of "The New Jersey Trial Lawyer," Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey Branch, and a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of "Medical Malpractice Reports," Matthew Bender & Co., Inc. Mr. Miltz has written many other publications as well.
