Art of Advocacy: Cross Examination of Non-Medical Experts

Robert L. Habush practices law in Milwaukee. Wisconsin. His firm, Habush, Habush and Davis, S.C. has branch offices in Madison and Appleton, Wisconsin. He has authored legal articles and is a frequent lecturer at both state and national seminars. Among those have been appearances at the National Advocacy College, ATLA seminars, and Practicing Law Institute programs. He has taught at both Marquette and Wisconsin Law Schools and regularly teaches Trial Advocacy at the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Wisconsin. He received his BBA from Wisconsin in 1959 and his JD from Wisconsin Law School in 1961. He was on the Law Review and a member of the Order of Coif. Mr. Habush has twice been elected President of the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers and is presently on the Wisconsin State Bar Association Board of Governors. He was president of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America from 1986-1987; has served on the A1LA Board of Governors (1969-1970); Parliamentarian (1970-1971) and Secretary (1972-1973). Mr. Habush is a fellow of The International Academy of Trial Lawyers, The International Society of Barristers and The Inner Circle of Advocates. He has been board certified as a civil trial advocate. He is nationally recognized as an exceptional trial lawyer.
