Anderson's Ohio Probate Practice and Procedure

Marilyn J. Maag is a Retired Partner at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP and practices in estate planning and probate law. She is a former Partner at Strauss & Troy. She is also the original author of Anderson’s The Simple Will in Ohio. Ms. Maag is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations and has been in practice since 1986. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.S. magna cum laude, 1979; J.D., 1986), where she was Articles Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
