Following recent GSA Schedule updates, Matthew Bender^® titles may now be acquired through FEDLINK or open-market procurement. This page provides resources to help your agency understand how to use FEDLINK—especially if you are accessing it for the first time.

How to Purchase Through FEDLINK

Agencies do not need to have an active FEDLINK account to use the Direct Express option. An active account is only required for transfer-pay orders.

Agencies eligible to use Direct Express may submit purchase orders using the Direct Express model:

• Issue your purchase order directly to LexisNexis.
• Send a courtesy copy to fedlinkcontracts@loc.gov.

No additional FEDLINK registration is required. All current pricing and access terms remain in place under this vehicle.
