These two volumes contain the complete set of Maine Rules of Court.

In light of these recurring crises in the American marketplace, this treatise is offered to the legal profession with the hope that attorneys may better fulfill a basic obligation of our profession: to prevent violations of law by proper counsel. We also intend this book as an aid in enacting improved laws and supporting more effective enforcement of those laws. Finally, we hope these topics will help inform the public, including journalists interested in better coverage of the problems of current law.
