Ian Serisier was admitted to the New South Wales Bar in 1973 and since then his practice has been mostly in family law. For a period of five years, he was counsel with a firm of solicitors. He is a qualified family law mediator and arbitrator. Ian is a Lecturer at the College of Law Sydney – Master of Applied Laws – Family Law. He has been the author and co-author of a number of LexisNexis family law publications.
