Alex Bruce is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland TC Beirne School of Law, specialising in Competition & Consumer Law, Animal Law and Commercial Law.  He has a PhD from the Australian National University College of Law and has completed a DPhil at the University of Oxford.  He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and is a fully ordained Buddhist monk.
