Terms and Conditions for Paid Webinar

1. Registration and Payment

Registration: To participate in the Webinar, you must complete the registration form and pay the applicable fee. 

Payment: All payments must be made at the time of registration. The registration fee is non-refundable. 

2. Access to the Webinar

Live Attendance: You will receive a link to access the Webinar live on the scheduled date and time.  

Recording: If you are unable to attend the live Webinar, a recording will be made available to you after the event. 

3. Refund Policy

No Refunds: The registration fee for the Webinar is non-refundable. By registering, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance. If you are unable to attend the live Webinar, a recording will be made available to you after the event.

4. Webinar Recording

Access to Recording: If you cannot attend the live Webinar, a recording will be provided. Access details for the recording will be sent to the email address provided during registration.  

Usage: The recording is for personal use only. Redistribution, sharing, or public display of the recording is strictly prohibited. 

5. Technical Requirements

Access: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the live Webinar and the recording.  

Issues: The Company is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent you from accessing the Webinar or recording. 

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content provided during the Webinar, including the recording, is the intellectual property of the Company.  

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Webinar content without prior written permission from the Company. 

7. Changes to the Webinar

Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or speakers of the Webinar if necessary.  

Notification: Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email. 

8. Liability

Limitation: The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation in the Webinar, access to the recording, or any technical issues encountered. 

9. Privacy

Data Use: The Company will use your personal information solely for the purpose of managing the Webinar and providing access to the recording.  

Confidentiality: Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
