Dr Brenda Midson (PhD, BA English, LLB and MJur (Dist)) is the General Editor of the New Zealand Law Journal and the District Court Reports. Previously she was a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Waikato, with teaching and research expertise in evidence, criminal law, and criminology.
