Matt Berkahn teaches law as part of Massey Business School’s undergraduate and MBA programmes. His teaching is mainly in the area of company law, which he has taught at Massey since 1994. He has contributed to a number of company and consumer law publications in New Zealand and Australia. Matt’s principal areas of research are company directors’ duties, shareholder remedies, corporate governance and misleading or deceptive conduct.
