Anna Chapman BA (Criminology), LLB (Wellington) is a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and has specialised in family law since 2012. Anna is currently a senior associate at Morrison Kent, Wellington and was appointed to the Lawyer for Child list in 2018.
Shonagh Burnhill MA(Distn.) (Otago) LLB (Canterbury) barrister specialising in family law, with 16 years of experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Shonagh advises and represents parties in various Family Court proceedings and is a Lawyer to Assist. Shonagh is a member of the New Zealand Law Society’s Family Law Section and the New Zealand Bar Association.
Bill Atkin BA LLM (Wellington) is a professor emeritus of law at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington, was on the expert reference group for the Independent Panel examining the 2014 family justice reforms and the expert advisory group for the Law Commission’s project on relationship property. He has written extensively, especially on family law.
Mark Henaghan BA LLB(Hons) LLD (Otago), FRSNZ is a professor of law at the University of Auckland, specialising in family law, and is a member of the Family Court Revisioning Project.
