Intellectual Property Risk Management

Dr Sudhir Ravindran, Attorney-at-law, Solicitor (England & Wales), founder of Altacit Global, an Indian legal firm. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and Masters in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the Warwick Manufacturing Group, University of Warwick. A law graduate from the University of Bangalore, India, and Masters of Law from the School of Law, University of Warwick. Dr Ravindran has varied specialised education in intellectual property from World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), Geneva, NALSAR University, Hyderabad, IIM Lucknow, and IIM Ahmedabad. He has also successfully completed the Intellectual Property Specialization Program jointly offered by the University of South Africa (UNISA), South Africa and WIPO, and received fellowship for the JPO/IPR Training Course for Patent Experts conducted by the Japan Patent Office and Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation. He has been awarded a Doctorate (PhD) in Intellectual Property Risk Management from NALSAR University. He is currently pursuing his postdoctoral research (LLD) from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University.
