Anna Parker LLB (Hons), BA (VUW), PgDip Economics for Competition Law (KCL), has practised competition law in both New Zealand and Australia, at Buddle Findlay in New Zealand from 2008–2014 and as a senior associate in Australia. Anna has advised private and public sector clients on competition, consumer, and regulatory matters in a range of industries. Her experience includes advising on cartel investigations, merger clearances, joint ventures, distribution and reseller arrangements, misuse of market power issues, regulatory processes, and compliance programs. Anna has a postgraduate diploma in economics for competition law from King's College London.
Renata Alexander BA, LLB, Dip Fam Law, LLM, PhD (Monash University) is a Victorian barrister and academic. She worked as an in-house accredited
family law specialist with Victoria Legal Aid for many years and served as a Deputy Registrar in the Family Court of Australia from 1995 to 2000. She was called to the Victorian Bar in 2002 where she specialises in family law cases. She was a senior lecturer with
Monash University for over 20 years, teaching family law and practical skills. Dr. Alexander is a member of the Family Law Bar Association (Vic);
Accredited Specialisation Family Law Advisory Committee, Law Institute of Victoria; and the Family Law Section, Law Council of Australia.
