In its Dec. 15, 2014, Final Rule, the NLRB updated its representation case Rules and Regulations to expedite the resolution of representation questions, including changes to its Excelsior list requirements. The Final Rule now requires the employer to furnish the names, home addresses, and available home/cell phone numbers of all eligible voters.
