The three volume set is designed to assist law enforcement personnel in the study, understanding, and interpretations of three key areas of the New Jersey law enforcement promotional exam.

The manuals consist of hundreds of questions testing knowledge of statutes, cases, and rules and test knowledge of classical and current case law interpretations for relevant and hard-to-interpret statutes.

Larry E. Holtz, Esquire is the President and CEO of Holtz Learning Centers. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law, earning the President's Scholar Award. Mr. Holtz has served the City of Atlantic City as a police officer, detective, sergeant and police attorney, where he earned over fifteen departmental commendations. He later served as an Assistant County Prosecutor and New Jersey Deputy Attorney General. During his tenure at the Attorney General's Office, he worked in the Law Enforcement, Legal Affairs Section. He also co-authored the State's Charging Manual, various Attorney General Guidelines and was the Executive Editor of the Division of Criminal Justice Law Enforcement Reporter.
