The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has unprecedented power, and you can expect ongoing new and changing regulations. The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act is complex, but Implementing Dodd-Frank Consumer Financial Protection Provisions breaks it down for financial institutions. You will quickly and easily understand, plan for, implement, and comply with the consumer protection provisions.
Rather than bombard you with information about every Dodd-Frank development regarding swaps, securities, financial stability oversight, and other matters, Implementing Dodd-Frank Consumer Financial Protection Provisions focuses specifically on consumer protection and the CFPB! This resource provides:
• Expert guidance and analysis from our eminent author, James Pannabecker, who breaks down the complexities of this historic bill
• Executive Summaries that spotlight key issues, "take-aways," and talking points
• Quick-reference tables of regulations and regulatory actions, including deadlines and reference cites to manual and regulations
• Alerts that keep you informed of changes as they occur
