Nevada Business Laws 2024: CSC’s Comprehensive Guide to Latest Updates

Nevada legislators enacted more than 120 changes to the state’s business entity laws during the 82nd legislative session. Those changes have been reviewed and revised by Nevada’s Legislative Counsel, and are captured in the 2024 edition of Nevada Laws Governing Business Entities Annotated, releasing this month from CSC Publishing in collaboration with LexisNexis®.

Notable changes include amendments regarding:
